ZIDS240N
Monogram ZIDS240N Undercounter Drawers Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Control and Sabbath Mode setting
- Drawer gasket seal
- Fan and condenser airflow
- Glides on both drawers
- Temperature in each drawer
The ZIDS240N is a Monogram 24 inch double-drawer refrigerator with 5.00 cubic feet of capacity, listed from 2020 to the present. It measures 23.75 inches wide, 34.5 inches high and 23.75 inches deep, and it has electronic controls with a Sabbath Mode feature.
At that height it fits under a standard counter, so we expect it in an island, a bar or a pantry, often with a cabinet closed in on each side. For a drawer that is not cooling well, we check the gasket, the fan and the airflow around the unit. Sabbath Mode changes how some functions behave, so we confirm it has not been left on before we call anything a repair.
Parts are matched to the full model and serial on the label. After we give you a written price, we do the work and cover it with a 30-day workmanship warranty.

What is Sabbath Mode on the ZIDS240N?
The brand lists it as a feature of this model. It limits some automatic functions, so we check that it is off before we judge whether a drawer is behaving normally.
How big is the ZIDS240N?
It is 23.75 inches wide, 34.5 inches high and 23.75 inches deep, with 5.00 cubic feet of capacity. We use those measurements when planning access under the counter.
Why is one drawer cooler than the other?
We test each drawer separately, looking at the gasket seal, the fan airflow and the control setting. Drawers can differ if one is opened more often or does not close fully.
