ZKW700SSN
Monogram ZKW700SSN Minimalist Warming Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Rocker switch and power supply
- Warm-up and temperature holding
- Drawer slides and gasket contact
- Stainless front fit with adjacent cabinetry
ZKW700SSN is a Monogram 27-inch stainless steel warming drawer from the Minimalist Collection. It measures 26.75 x 10.5 x 23.75 inches, has a 1.67 cubic foot interior and is controlled by an On/Off rocker switch.
A drawer with such a simple control leaves a short checklist: supply, switch, element and the drawer itself. We test them in that order and add a look at how far the stainless front sits from its neighbors. If the front rubs, the slides may be misaligned, and a drawer that does not close all the way will hold heat poorly.
We take the model and serial from the label before we order a part. You will see a written price first, and the repair is covered by our 30-day workmanship warranty.

Why does my ZKW700SSN take so long to warm?
A weak heating element, a loose connection or a drawer that sits slightly open can all lengthen warm-up. We measure the heat at the interior and check each cause, quoting any repair in writing first.
Is the Minimalist Collection serviced differently from the Statement style?
The inner parts are similar in type, but the trim and front pieces differ, so we match them by the label. The rocker switch, element and slides are checked the same way on both.
What if the drawer sags when I pull it out?
We check the slide mounting and the drawer box. Re-seating or replacing the slides usually restores smooth, level travel, and we explain the price before we begin that work.
