ZKW700PSN
Monogram ZKW700PSN Statement Drawer Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Rocker switch response and the warm-up that follows
- Heat level inside the 1.67 cu ft drawer
- Slide movement and closing
- Panel alignment on a Statement front
ZKW700PSN is a current Monogram 27-inch Statement Collection warming drawer. It measures 26.75 x 10.5 x 23.75 inches, holds 1.67 cubic feet and is switched on and off with a rocker switch.
Because the control is a simple rocker, we first confirm power reaches the drawer and the switch is passing it through. After that we measure how the interior warms, check the slides for smooth, level travel and look at how the Statement front lines up with the cabinet around it. A front that sits crooked can also keep the drawer from closing fully.
The model and serial from the label let us order the right parts. A written price comes first, and we give a 30-day workmanship warranty on the repair.

The rocker switch on my ZKW700PSN lights but the drawer stays cool. Why?
The switch may be passing power while the heating element or its safety device is not working. We test the element and the supply to find which part has failed, then quote the repair in writing.
What does Statement Collection mean for service?
It is the style name Monogram lists for this 27-inch front. It affects the trim and front pieces, so we confirm the model from the label before we order anything for it.
Can the drawer front on a 27-inch warming drawer be adjusted?
Often, yes. We check the mounting and alignment first, since a small adjustment can fix a drawer that rubs its neighbors or does not close completely, and heat then stays inside.
