High-rise condos, spec homes and designer projects share one problem: the equipment is installed together, but problems arrive one unit at a time. We keep a record of the models in each kitchen, so we can arrive with the right parts and the right panel tools.
We work with building rules on elevators, delivery hours and quiet times, and with the contractor on cabinet access. After each visit, we send a written summary of what was found and what we did. Send the list of addresses and model numbers, and we plan a route.
Tell us the model and the code. We will bring the part.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
