What Control Panel LOCKED means
On Monogram Advantium ovens, such as the ZSC2200, ZSC2201, ZSC2202 and ZSC1202, the display shows that the control is locked when the lockout feature has been turned on. Nothing is broken. The control is simply ignoring cooking pads so that children or a stray touch cannot start the oven. You will see the lock message when you press a pad, and the oven will not respond until the lock is released.
Common causes of Control Panel LOCKED
- Lockout turned on by a long press
- Pad pressed and held during cleaning
- Child lock set earlier and forgotten
- Panel touched while wiping it down
1. Press and hold the CANCEL/OFF pad for 5 seconds. 2. Wait for the lock message to clear from the display. 3. Start your cooking program as usual. 4. If the pad will not unlock it, tell us your model number.
- If CANCEL/OFF does not release the lock, we test the pad and the panel connection.
- A lock that returns on its own points to a pad being held down, which we check.
- We give a written price first and a 30-day workmanship warranty.
