What SF means
On Monogram 30-inch single and double convection wall ovens in the ZET1 and ZET2 series, such as the ZET1PL1SS and ZET2SL1SS, the SF special features menu opens when PROBE and DELAY START are pressed at the same time and held for four seconds. Owners who cannot make SF appear are usually not holding both keys together long enough. SF is where settings such as the thermostat offset and Sabbath mode are reached.
Common causes of SF
- Keys not pressed together

1. Press PROBE and DELAY START at the same moment. 2. Hold both for a full 4 seconds. 3. Watch the display for SF before you let go. 4. Try again if the display shows the time of day. 5. If a key does not respond at all, call us.

Which keys open SF?
PROBE and DELAY START, pressed together and held for four seconds. On the ZGP gas range the same menu is opened with the Timer and the Mini-Knob instead.
Why does a short press not work?
The control waits for the full four seconds before opening the menu. Releasing early cancels it, so count the time with the keys held down.
What if a key feels dead?
Try each key on its own for its normal function. If one does nothing, the keypad needs a look, and we can test the pad and its connection.
